It is time for a happier journal. Thanks so much for the comments on the last journal. You all helped me through a very difficult time, and that means the world to me.

I was throwing out old things these past 2 weeks. I found my Mom's high school yearbooks. It's interesting to see who she was before she had me. She looked a little older than the other kids. In her 7th grade photos, she looks like she's 17. Complete opposite of me. I'm 21 and look about 16/17. I found some pictures of mom with some kids I didn't know. I asked my dad about them. Turns out I have step sisters I never knew about. They live in Arizona. Where I spent 2 and a half years in college. This information never came up.

My dad says that he contacted my step sisters through myspace. We're suppose to get a call from them soon. Honestly, I don't know what I'm gonna say. But I'm excited, and I hope to meet them soon. This isn't the first time I've learned of family my family hasn't told me about. For all I know, I could be related to half the world. It would be a nice change, since I grew up as an only child.

Oh and the title? It's a reference to "Dead Man's Party".
